About Client:

Our client is a leading Leadership Development and Learning organization that works with corporates to design and deliver customized leadership, managerial, and capability-building programs. The organization works closely with senior business and HR/L&D teams to create impactful learning interventions through leadership training, assessment centres, competency mapping, 360-degree feedback, experiential learning, and customized development programs.

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Leadership Consultant who will be responsible for managing and delivering leadership development programs. The role requires a strong combination of conceptual clarity, first principles thinking, program design, facilitation skills, client engagement, and stakeholder management.

Key Indicative Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end corporate training and leadership development programs, from requirement gathering to delivery and feedback.

- Meet and engage with clients, HR/L&D teams, and senior stakeholders to understand their business and development requirements.

- Design and customize training programs, leadership journeys, workshops, and learning interventions based on client needs.

- Conduct stand-up/classroom training, leadership workshops, experiential learning sessions, case studies, simulations, and role plays.

- Manage and facilitate Assessment Centres / Development Centres, including behavioural exercises, simulations, observations, and feedback.

- Work on competency mapping and competency-based assessments to identify leadership and development gaps.

- Manage 360-degree feedback initiatives and facilitate feedback / development discussions with participants.

- Design program content, activities, participant material, assessments, and facilitator guides.

- Coordinate with internal facilitators and subject matter experts to ensure smooth execution of programs.

- Prepare program reports, participant feedback, learning outcomes, and recommendations for clients.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships and participate in client meetings, presentations, and program discussions.

Candidate Details:

- Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Management, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.

- 6+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or Corporate Training.
