Role Overview

Were hiring a Sales & GTM Leader to drive early-stage revenue and own the go-to-market motion. You'll collaborate directly with the founder and cross-functional teams to shape the sales playbook, identify key enterprise accounts, and build the foundation for long-term customer relationships. Ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is looking to scale into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closing

- Execute and iterate the GTM strategy across verticals like healthcare, aerospace, and retail

- Shape messaging, value propositions, and pitch materials in collaboration with the founder and product teams

- Build strong relationships with Heads of AI/ML, innovation teams, and product stakeholders

- Provide competitive insights to refine positioning and go-to-market efforts

- Track and report key sales metrics pipeline, conversion, cycle length

- Represent the company at key industry events

Requirements

- 25 years of B2B tech sales experience (preferably in startups)

- Proven ability to close mid-to-large enterprise deals

- Solid grasp of enterprise sales cycles, especially in SaaS or AI/ML

- Strong storytelling and communication skills

- High ownership mindset; thrives in ambiguity

- Entrepreneurial or founder mindset

Good to Have

- MBA or formal business training

- Technical background (CS or Engineering)

- Early-stage founder or operator experience
