Role Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Leader to drive business growth across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Wastewater, and Air Quality sectors, with strong focus on EPC engagement, tenders, and large project acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue through EPC and large project acquisitions
- Manage key accounts (Worley, Technip, Bechtel, L&T, Fluor, etc.)
- Handle tendering, bidding, and techno-commercial proposals
- Provide technical sales solutions and product positioning
- Manage channel partners and sales teams
- Drive market development and brand positioning
- Provide sales forecasts and market intelligence
- Engage with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 10-15 years in industrial B2B sales (Oil & Gas / EPC / Petrochemical)
- Strong track record in large deal closures
- Strong EPC network and consultant engagement experience
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
Special Requirements:
- Strong EPC network in India
- Willingness to travel
