We're looking for a Lead Training Manager to drive capability building, training excellence, and service quality for a fast-growing, tech-enabled services platform transforming how India experiences home services.

What You'll Own

- Lead end-to-end training strategy and execution for cleaning service professionals in your city

- Design and deliver technical + behavioral training programs to ensure top-notch service quality

- Drive SOP adherence, standardization, and continuous improvement across the network

- Manage and mentor a team of city-level trainers, building strong training capabilities

- Monitor training effectiveness and implement data-driven improvements

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and build scalable solutions

- Ensure consistent customer delight through high-quality service delivery

What We're Looking For

- 5 to 12 years of experience in hospitality, facility management, or operations training

- Proven track record of managing large frontline teams and trainers

- Strong expertise in training delivery, SOP implementation, and service quality improvement

- Hands-on, execution-focused with a passion for people development

- Experience working with blue-collar workforce is a strong plus

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
