Job Description :
- The Lead- Total Rewards & Policies will lead the design, governance, and execution of the organisation's total rewards strategy in India
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and participate in salary surveys to maintain internal equity and external parity.
- Develop and oversee short-term and long-term incentive plans, ensuring linkage to performance outcomes and organizational goals.
- Conduct role reviews and internal audits to maintain alignment between job responsibilities and compensation levels.
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure full compliance with labour laws, tax regulations, and compensation disclosure requirements.
- Act as the custodian of HR policy communication, version control, and audit readiness.- Prepare reports and dashboards for management reviews and board submissions.
- Over 10-12 years of total HR experience with at least 7-10 years specializing in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Policy.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing global or large-scale compensation frameworks.
- Experience in policy design and governance, particularly in complex or matrixed organizations.
- Strong understanding of global mobility frameworks, equity programs, and executive compensation.
- Skilled in change management, with a track record of driving compensation and policy transformations.
