This role will lead the talent management function and assess, develop, implement, and address talent needs in an effort to improve performance and promote the organization's culture. Key responsibilities: - Support the development and implementation of talent management programs and processes that grow organizational capability through employee engagement, performance management and employee, manager and leadership learning and development - Work in collaboration with the HR function and function leaders to generate insights from employee surveys to support subsequent actions that drive improved engagement - Facilitate orientation of new hires and support their on boarding processes - Support the execution of talent review and the succession planning process for the organization - Implement performance management programs and enable employees and managers to have performance, development and career conversations - Initiate, nurture and leverage strong relationships with the HR team and function leaders in order to understand the short- and long-term needs of the business and their priority on talent management matters Requirements: - MBA in HR with 12-15 years of experience. - Experience in the area of talent management and leadership development in a promoter driven environment - Demonstrated experience and success in the design, development and implementation of talent management and leadership development programs and processes that enable business performance - Knowledge and experience in the areas of performance management, employee engagement, learning program design and development, talent assessment, succession planning, high potential talent development and Organization Development - Able to develop Change Management and Employer Branding Skills: - Excellent communication skills - Ability to grasp broad organizational issues and consider needs of varied lines of businesses in implementing company wide programs - Strong project management skills - Well versed in methodologies for measuring and assessing effectiveness of programs and processes - Decision making approach
