- We are seeking a high-impact HR Centre of Excellence leader to design and drive the global Talent, Learning, and Employee Engagement agenda for a Mumbai-based Senior Manager/DGM - HR (Talent & Learning) role.

- This individual will be responsible for shaping enterprise-wide people strategies, building scalable frameworks, and partnering with global business leaders to enable growth, performance, and culture transformation.

- The role involves designing and leading data-driven global talent management frameworks, including succession planning, high-potential programs, leadership pipelines, and critical role architecture, along with developing an enterprise-wide performance management philosophy aligned to business strategy.


- The incumbent will collaborate with Business HR and leadership teams to translate talent insights into actionable workforce strategies while leveraging talent analytics and dashboards to inform decision-making.

- Additionally, the role will drive the global learning strategy across leadership development, functional capability building, and future skills, including designing flagship leadership programs across levels in partnership with global faculty and vendors, and implementing digital learning platforms and ecosystems.

- A strong focus will also be placed on measuring learning effectiveness through ROI frameworks and capability metrics.


- On the employee engagement front, the leader will define global engagement strategies, build robust survey and listening systems, and lead culture and values integration initiatives while driving interventions to enhance engagement, inclusion, and retention across geographies.


- The role also entails establishing scalable COE governance frameworks, toolkits, and policies for global deployment with local customization, while working closely with HRBPs, shared services, and business leaders to ensure seamless execution and managing global vendors and partners.

- The ideal candidate will be a Tier-1 B-school graduate in Human Resources with over 10 years of progressive experience in talent management within multi-country, matrixed organizations, and a proven track record across talent management, learning and development, engagement, and HR analytics.


- Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, design orientation, and the ability to influence senior leadership in a global, culturally diverse environment are critical for success in this role
