Lead Talent Acquisition Role Profile: The position holder will play a pivotal role in providing business partnership and driving the talent acquisition agenda The position holder would be primarily responsible for driving the following: a) Lead Talent Acquisition - all lateral and leadership hiring b) Lead, manage and monitor delivery of the talent acquisition initiatives; ensure continuous improvement of processes c) Drive strong focus on diversity and inclusion in hiring; b) Drive strong focus on hiring talent with potential c) Lead efforts to focus on quality of hiring d) Plan and lead the Campus engagement program for Graduate Engineer and Management trainee from Business schools e) Plan and lead external and internal employer branding strategy and initiatives The ideal candidate for this position should be an HR professional experienced in Talent Acquisition and should enjoy working in a dynamic multi-national technology. The successful candidate will possess the following combination of education and experience a) Professional qualification in Human Resources, MBA or PG from reputed institute b) Successful track record of performance; at least 8+ years of Human Resources experience d) Experience working in a fast paced, service oriented, highly matrixed environment e) Effective interpersonal skills f) Ability to work independently and in a team environment. g) Self - starter with a high sense of urgency and professionalism. h) Excellent written and oral communication and negotiation skills i) Strong business acumen, and demonstrated ability to establish credibility, trust and partnership at all levels of the organization Notice Period - we are looking at candidates with lesser notice period; who can join early.
