To manage and deliver end-to-end hiring for business units (excluding leadership and campus roles), ensuring quality of talent, speed of closure, and adherence to organizational standards, while partnering with HRBPs and business leaders to align hiring with workforce plans and talent priorities.
Reporting to: Head TA
Hiring Delivery & Execution:
- Own and manage the end-to-end hiring process for all approved positions below leadership level, and excluding campus, across assigned business clusters/functions
- Partner with HRBPs to understand role requirements, capability needs, and workforce plans
- Drive sourcing, shortlisting, interview scheduling, feedback collection, negotiation, and final selection coordination
- Ensure compensation and offer ranges are within approved benchmarks and validated by HRSS before release
- Track and monitor hiring TATs, quality of hire, and candidate conversion metrics for all open positions
- Collaborate with HRSS to ensure smooth offer release, onboarding formalities, and joining readiness
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with business leaders and HRBPs to provide visibility on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights
- Ensure alignment between business demand, TA capacity, and vendor delivery
- Partner with Employer Branding and Sourcing to activate relevant sourcing channels and campaigns
- Build credibility with hiring managers by delivering timely and quality candidates, supported by data-driven updates
- Act as escalation point for any hiring bottlenecks, feedback delays, or vendor performance issues
Vendor & Channel Management:
- Coordinate with approved recruitment partners to ensure timely and quality delivery of profiles
- Track vendor performance against defined SLAs (quality, cost, TAT) and escalate issues to the Lead - Leadership Hiring or Head - TA as needed
- Drive direct sourcing through digital platforms, social channels, and referrals to reduce dependency on vendors
- Ensure hiring costs remain within approved budgets and optimize channel mix for efficiency
Process Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure adherence to TA processes, approval workflows, and documentation standards for all hiring activities
- Partner with HRSS to maintain accuracy of candidate data, offer documentation, and audit readiness
- Comply with defined compensation frameworks, internal parity, and DEI objectives during hiring
- Maintain hiring trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports with zero data discrepancy
- Contribute to standardization and improvement of TA processes across clusters
TA Analytics & Continuous Improvement:
- Leverage TA dashboards (in coordination with TA Analytics Lead) to monitor key metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join, and source effectiveness
- Analyze hiring trends, attrition backfills, and channel performance to drive insights and improvements
- Share periodic hiring reports and analytics with HRBPs and business leaders for review
- Identify opportunities for process simplification and automation in recruitment operations
- Support Head - TA in enterprise hiring reviews and performance improvement initiatives
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in manufacturing, consumer durables, or engineering-led organizations
- Proven ability to manage hiring across multiple business functions or geographies
- Exposure to vendor management, recruitment analytics, and hiring governance
- Experience working with HRMS / ATS systems (Darwinbox preferred)
- Strong business acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
