Job Role: Lead Talent Acquisition

Job Location: Corporate Office Mumbai

Experience Required: 15+ Years

Education Required: B.Tech & Masters in Human Resource Management

Working Days: Monday to Friday & Alternative Saturdays

Ideal Candidate Profile: TA leader from a Power / Manufacturing / EPC / Oil & Gas / Engineering corporate background, with strong middle and leadership hiring experience.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Proven track record in middle and senior/leadership hiring

- Strong experience in handling end-to-end recruitment

- Ability to manage high-volume as well as critical leadership mandates

- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills

- Experience working in a structured corporate environment

- Should be a hands-on TA professional rather than a generalist HR profile

- Strong understanding of talent mapping, sourcing, assessment and closure

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
