With strengths in Diesel/Petrol Engines, Gensets, Farm Equipment, and Construction Equipment, the company has been powering industries and communities for over 160 years.

This role is critical in driving end- to- end hiring strategy, building strong talent pipelines, and delivering a superior candidate and stakeholder experience.

Must-Haves :

- 8-12 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition - Experience in the Manufacturing domain


- Proven track record in hiring for diverse functions (Tech, Non-Tech, Corporate, R&D)


- Hands-on experience in campus hiring and employer branding initiatives


- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills


- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days


- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field preferred

Role Title Talent Acquisition Lead

Reporting To Corporate HR Lead

Direct Reports Individual Contributor (IC Role)

B. Role Purpose

To lead strategic Talent Acquisition projects across the organization, including employer branding, process improvement, campus and leadership hiring, vendor management, and recognition programs, ensuring timely and quality hiring aligned with business needs.

C. Key Accountabilities

- Drive and manage strategic TA projects across the organization.

- Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance Greaves' positioning as an employer of choice.

- Design and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline recruitment operations.

- Anchor campus hiring programs including institute engagement, selection, and onboarding.

- Manage leadership hiring mandates in collaboration with business and external partners.

- Oversee vendor management including onboarding, performance tracking, and compliance.

- Lead TA-related Rewards & Recognition programs to promote hiring excellence.

- Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to forecast and fulfill manpower requirements.
