Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth D2C environment. This role will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across functions like Marketing, Growth, Digital, Product, Customer Experience, Operations, and Creative. The ideal candidate is passionate about finding the right people, building a strong talent pipeline, and delivering a great candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities


- Drive end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.


- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and craft effective hiring strategies.

- Build and nurture a high-quality talent pipeline for mid- to senior-level positions.

- Leverage innovative sourcing methods social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent communities, referrals, and events.

- Ensure excellent candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the company.

- Use data and insights to track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness).

- Stay up to date with market trends and talent movement within the D2C and consumer-tech ecosystem.

- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

- Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding and retention of new hires.


Requirements


- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in D2C, FMCG, E-commerce, or Startup hiring.

- Proven success in hiring for digital-first roles (growth, performance marketing, product, tech, creative).

- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS, etc.).

- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Passion for understanding talent trends and contributing to a vibrant company culture.
