Post Grad / MBA in HR with 8-10 years of work exp. in an FMCG environment, managing TA as a COE and has handled Leadership Search across functions is what mandatory.
The role:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Design and implement innovative hiring strategies to meet the unique needs of the stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with internal teams to amplify employer branding and attract top-tier talent.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics to track hiring metrics, identify trends, and continuously improve recruitment processes.
