Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for greenfield projects.

- Handle hiring at all levels - from workmen to executives.

- Build and lead a team of recruiters to deliver hiring mandates.

- Ensure recruitment delivery within defined TATs.

- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and strategic hiring initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

- Only candidates currently working in Mumbai will be taken forward.

- Extensive experience in greenfield project hiring.

- Proven ability in large-scale hiring and team management.

- Strong operational discipline and TAT-driven execution.
