Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader to spearhead our recruitment strategy within the Building Material sector. In this high-impact role, you will act as a strategic partner to the business, driving the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle for critical sales and leadership positions across Delhi NCR and Mumbai. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business growth objectives into robust hiring roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for senior sales and leadership roles to ensure the organization meets its aggressive expansion targets in the building materials sector.

- Partner with business heads and regional leaders to define talent requirements, ensuring a seamless alignment between hiring strategies and commercial business outcomes.

- Drive the implementation of advanced HR analytics to track recruitment metrics, optimize sourcing channels, and improve the overall quality of hire.

- Manage complex stakeholder relationships by providing data-backed insights and market intelligence that influence hiring decisions and organizational structure.

- Oversee talent management initiatives, including succession planning and internal mobility, to foster a culture of high performance and retention within the sales force.

- Mentor and develop a high-performing recruitment team to ensure consistent delivery, process excellence, and a superior candidate experience.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale leadership hiring mandates, specifically within the Building Material or heavy industry sales landscape.

- Proven ability to leverage HR analytics and data-driven insights to streamline recruitment processes and report on key performance indicators to executive leadership.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior management and navigate complex organizational hierarchies with confidence.

- Strong strategic mindset, capable of translating long-term business goals into actionable talent acquisition strategies that support regional growth in Delhi NCR and Mumbai.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building long-term relationships with industry leaders and high-potential candidates.

- A post-graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, demonstrating the flexibility to manage operations across multiple regional hubs.
