- Responsibilities include Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing Professionals for multiple projects and assignments.
- Strategic planning & collaboration with the internal and external stakeholders to develop strategies for the long-term integration of the contractual workforce in the technology roadmap of the client workforce.
- Having Team Handling and Client handling experience.
- Getting requirements from the Clients and assigning to the team, interacting with Client for interview schedules and collecting feedback.
- Using internally Hire craft for Sourcing Resumes and for all status updates.
- Responsible for the full life cycle recruiting for
- Handling the complete recruitment cycle.
- Analyzing and discussing the requirements to understand the hiring needs.
- Kept track of every candidate submitted and took updates on their status from the manager on daily basis.
- Helped candidates to prepare for In-person and Telephonic Interviews.
