Job Title: TA Lead Gig Hiring (Riders)

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Mumbai (Preferred), Bangalore, Chennai, or Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced TA Lead to manage large-scale gig hiring for riders. The candidate must have strong experience in bulk hiring and should have handled 1,0002,000 rider hires per month. Prior experience in Quick Commerce companies is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end bulk hiring for riders (1K2K per month).

- Manage field recruiters and vendor partners for mass hiring.

- Plan and execute hiring drives across multiple locations.

- Track daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets and ensure timely closures.

- Maintain strong pipeline through job portals, references, field hiring, and vendor networks.

- Coordinate with operations team for smooth onboarding and joining.

- Ensure quality hiring and minimum attrition.

- Prepare hiring reports and share regular updates with stakeholders.

Required Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

- Must have handled bulk / mass hiring for riders or delivery executives.

- Experience hiring 1,0002,000 riders per month is mandatory.

- Should have worked with Quick Commerce / Food Delivery companies like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, Zomato, Bigbasket or similar.
