Responsibilities:

- Evaluating and presenting experience reports on client financial status and benefit plan performance.

- Developing accurate financial forecasts and strategic recommendations for renewal planning.

- Estimating reserves for IBNR claim liabilities in alignment with actuarial standards.

- Creating customized financial and performance reports to highlight trends and insights.

- Supporting account teams and underwriting discussions with data-driven recommendations.

Requirements:

- 8-12 years of experience in US/Indian healthcare or employee benefits.

- Bachelors degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics,HR, or Applied Mathematics; fully/partially qualified actuary preferred.

- Strong expertise in health insurance, group insurance funding mechanisms, and regulatory frameworks.

- Advanced skills in applied statistics, data modelling, and financial forecasting.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
