Hiring: HR Operations & C&B Lead (Sr. Manager Level) | Navi Mumbai

Location: Navi Mumbai

We are looking for a dynamic HR Ops and C&B professional (Sr. Manager) to lead end-to-end HR Operations and Compensation & Benefits initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee HR Operations, HRIS, and employee data management

- Drive seamless employee onboarding and experience

- Administer PMS and performance-related actions

- Ensure HR compliance and policy governance

- Lead C&B benchmarking, benefits administration, and ESOP management

- Manage global payroll and payroll compliance

- Partner with HRBPs on employee relations and engagement initiatives

- Deliver actionable HR analytics and insights

Requirements:

- 12-15 years of experience in HR Operations & C&B

- Postgraduate in HR from a Tier-1 institute

- Strong understanding of HR processes, analytics, and global payroll
