Manage end-to-end sales life cycle from lead generation to closure. - Product: THB's Enterprise SaaS solutions, primarily digital doctor engagement suite and digital sales force enablement suite - Target client: A set of Consumer health companies and mid scale India pharma companies - Focus client relationships: Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence Executives, mid-senior and senior executives, C-suite Clarifying role / expectations further: - Develop a thorough understanding of THB's products & services portfolio. - Strongly position THB products through consultative interactions with clients - Drive business via new customer acquisition and account management, own sales targets. - Lead sales cycle from opportunity creation to finalizing opportunity outcome: Identifying prospective customers, driving the discovery process at meetings with these customers, building the customer value proposition and getting the customer buy in on the same, structuring the business deal and negotiating on the key terms, and ultimately closing the deal - Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads. Proactively build strategic alliances. - Effectively interface between client and internal delivery teams, ensure seamless project execution. - Manage accounts by acting as an advisor on sales, marketing, strategy and consulting - Should be able to solve complicated problems of the clients through a solution-based approach - Oversee commercial transactions (contractual closure, invoices, timely payments, etc.).
