Lead Sales Manager - US Market - IT Sales
About the Role:
We are hiring a seasoned sales leader to drive our Enterprise Sales function for the US market. This is a high-impact role responsible for building and managing the global enterprise sales team, defining go-to-market strategy, and directly contributing to top-line growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute enterprise sales strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Own and achieve annual revenue targets from the US market.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for global clients, including pipeline creation, forecasting, and key account management.
- Conduct quarterly US visits to engage directly with clients and close enterprise deals.
- Lead and mentor Zonal Managers, Account Managers, and Pre-Sales Managers.
- Build and manage Channel Partner programs across the US - including SIs, MSPs, and Distributors.
- Oversee complex commercial, legal negotiations and enterprise contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, and Support) to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Represent the organization in industry events, expos, and client-facing forums.
Requirements
- 12-18 years of IT Sales experience with a strong track record in US enterprise markets.
- Proven success in leading global sales teams and scaling B2B SaaS/IT solutions.
- Familiarity with Sandler Sales methodology is a plus.
- Strong understanding of international sales cycles, enterprise buying behavior, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
