Job Purpose: Lead - Sales Incentive and Analytics role is responsible to ensure seamless delivery of activities under the Sales Incentive, Analytics and HR Technology portfolio like co-create plan designs, review plan designs at set frequency, incentive administration across lines of business/functions, contest analysis, monitor and analyze trends to carry out statistical analysis on employee productivity. Job Context - The purpose of this job is to plan, analyze and recommend trends on employee productivity, managing end-to-end sales incentive process including design and roll-out of new sales incentive plans to ensure employee productivity is tracked and driven, adherence to statutory compliance and audit standards with aligned objectives to support the business goals. This role is responsible for delivering on different aspects of the HR agenda in alignment with business imperatives. It is responsible for driving Sales Incentive, Analytics and HR Technology portfolio. Key challenges for the role are as follows - - To turnaround desired analysis within short and stipulated timelines which enables stakeholders to take data driven decisions - To derive meaningful insights from HR analytics & productivity analysis and have multiple stakeholder discussions around the same - To ensure employee queries on sales incentive aspects are resolved in an efficient and timely manner - To increase employee awareness on incentive policies and processes and drive self-reliance as well as system usage o To deliver on objectives of strategic HR technology projects within timelines/budgets, while maintaining service levels on other aspects of the job - To drive employee data consistency and accuracy - To constantly upgrade own capability and know-how on contemporary HR practices, - Industry Incentive plans, HR analytics practices, etc. to best support business and organizational goals Key Result Areas/Accountabilities & Supporting Actions - 1) Drive effective Sales Incentive Plans - - Develop an in-depth understanding and benchmarking of sales incentive plans for various distribution channels within the organization and across the industry - Ensure Sales incentive plans are designed across the sales hierarchy in a manner that supports the achievement of business objectives - Continually assess the effectiveness of existing sales incentive plans structure, Programs and future organization needs 2) Productivity Analytics - - Develop & publish dashboard on business process performance indicators and support in identification of improvement opportunities - Develop measurement processes, evaluate areas of low performance and plan actions for improving the performance - Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized productivity reports to the business - Strategic projects involving descriptive and inferential analytics on increasing employee productivity - Pro-actively uses data to research and identify business problems, collaborates with business partners to diagnose data supported root causes and potential actions that can shift numerical results - Utilize analytical applications like (Tableau, Power BI, Excel) to identify trends and relationships between different pieces of data, draw appropriate conclusions and translate analytical findings on improving productivity 3) Incentive Plan Administration - - Administer and compute incentives across plan across LOB's - Ensure incentive payout are processed in timely manner as per plan design o Appraise stakeholders with performance to payout dashboards and reports 4) Sales PIP Process - - Anchor and track the Performance Improvement Process across LOBs for sales workforce - Work with function, HRBP, training team to understand the performance gaps and capture the insights 5) Key Stakeholder Management - - Work with and provide consultation to business leaders on unique, customized data related requirements and data analysis (simple and complex) - Coordinate with all the key stakeholders (Internal and External) and update the status or improvements changed in the productivity
