
Role & responsibilities :
- Build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify opportunities in e-Governance, Data Centers, Smart Cities, and HPC projects
- Develop and manage the Government & PSU sales pipeline across key accounts, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders across verticals
- Manage end-to-end tender lifecycle, including RFPs, bidding, and compliance
- Collaborate with system integrators and partners for solution deployment and execution
- Drive large and complex deal closures aligned with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with public procurement frameworks and policies and Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting
Preferred candidate profile :
- 10-16 years of experience in Government/PSU sales within IT infrastructure
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement and tender processes (GeM, RFPs, etc.)
- Proven track record of closing large government deals
- Established network within government bodies and PSUs
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
