Job Description: Lead Compensation and Benefits
Role Purpose:
This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that align with Board approved Remuneration policy while being competitive within the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Design:
- Develop and implement compensation frameworks (base, variable pay, incentives) aligned to business goals.
- Drive sales incentive design and implementation to support a performance-driven, sales-oriented culture.
- Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis, and ensure pay competitiveness.
- Executive Compensation along with Long Term Incentive and Compensation planning and management including ESOP management.
Compliance and Governance:
- Ensure all compensation and benefits programs are aligned with Indian labour laws, tax requirements, and broader governance standards.
- Proactively monitor regulatory changes and associated risks to adapt our programs to meet evolving needs specifically in the event of new labour codes.
Employee Benefits:
- Lead all aspects of benefits offerings, including health, wellness, and retirement programs, ensuring alignment with employee needs and market practice in the India market.
HR Analytics & Budgeting:
- Lead the creation of dashboards, metrics, and advanced analytics to support evidence-based decision making.
- Drive pay-for-performance culture and ensure consistency in reward decisions.
Qualification and Requirements
Experience:
- 8-12 years of HR experience with strong focus on Compensation & Benefits, preferably in financial services or consulting.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, tax implications, and benefits landscape.
- Proven expertise in compensation benchmarking, analytics, and market surveys.
- Experience in handling annual compensation review cycles, incentive planning, and benefits redesign.
- Proven track record in designing sales incentive plans, ESOP strategy, and executive compensation
