
Executive Compensation:
- Design and manage executive compensation frameworks covering fixed pay, annual bonuses, and long-term incentive components.
- Lead market benchmarking, governance, and compliance for executive-level pay in alignment with global standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Partner with senior leadership on annual compensation cycles, pay-for-performance decisions, and compensation committee inputs.
International Compensation:
- Build and harmonize compensation structures across multiple geographies in alignment with client's global philosophy.
- Drive benchmarking across APAC, EMEA, and Americas to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Support regional/global reviews, policy updates, and alignment of reward practices across entities.
International Mobility:
- Lead global mobility programs including assignment policies, expat compensation, tax equalisation, and relocation benefits.
- Manage cross-border employee movements and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Partner with mobility vendors and global HR teams to deliver a consistent expat experience.
Compensation Strategy & Governance:
- Own the annual compensation planning process: budgeting, pay cycle execution, modelling, analytics, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain compensation policies, job evaluation frameworks, and grading structures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory norms, internal audit requirements, and risk/governance expectations.
Reward Analytics & Market Intelligence:
- Drive data-led compensation insights for leadership decision-making.
- Conduct market benchmarking, salary surveys, and deep-dive analytics to shape reward strategy.
