Truva, founded in 2023 by IIT and Stanford GSB alumni, is redefining India's real estate with a mission to make home buying and selling delightful and transparent

Responsibilities :

- Lead our Talent Acquisition efforts and scale Truva's awesome founding team.

- Work with the founders to help shape and nurture the company's growth in terms of recruiting the right candidate

- Set up the right recruitment process, systems and tools

- Ensure a smooth TA process, delivering results and onboarding 150-200 employees over the enxt 12-18 months

The ideal candidate should have handled recruitment across Non Tech and Tech roles. Good to have any experience in property space.
