Lead - Recruitment - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who can:

1. Lead recruitment for non-technical and technical positions for Truva's next phase

2. Has proven experience in hiring across leadership and junior roles

3. Onboard and work with recruitment agencies and also source directly

4. Work with founders and hiring managers directly on open roles

5. Manage the whole hiring process from sourcing to offer stage

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience as an internal or external recruiter for product companies.

2. A data driven individual who moves fast
