We are looking for an experienced recruiter to lead. The ideal candidate will drive the complete recruitment lifecycle from understanding hiring needs to onboarding the right talent. This role also involves mentoring junior recruiters and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions.
- Manage hiring across leadership and junior roles.
- Collaborate with recruitment agencies while building strong direct sourcing pipelines.
- Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to align on role requirements and timelines.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage with efficiency and precision.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4-6 Years.
- Proven experience as an internal or external recruiter for product companies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in mentoring or managing junior recruiters is a plus.
