Our presence is in 7 offices across Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, and Singapore. We need young and enthusiastic technical recruiters who have experience working on contract staffing and C2H. We are looking for recruiters with 5 to 8 years of experience and open to work in Bengaluru & Mumbai locations. Some of the key responsibilities will include: Tech Recruitment: - Identify, source, and attract top-tier talent within the technology industry, including software developers, engineers, data scientists, and other technical professionals. - Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for specific contract roles. - Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure a deep understanding of the technical landscape. Contract Staffing: - Manage the entire contract staffing process, from client requirements gathering to candidate placement and onboarding. - Negotiate contract terms and compensation packages to ensure a win-win scenario for both clients and candidates. - Monitor contract assignments and provide ongoing support to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved. Account Management: - Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. - Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for expanding our staffing services within their organizations. Team Leadership: - Mentor and guide junior recruiters within the team, providing coaching and support to help them excel in their roles. - Set recruitment targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, tracking progress, and implementing strategies for improvement. To be eligible for this role you will require: - Degree in human resources, Business, or a related field. - 5-8 years of experience in technical recruitment and contract staffing, preferably in the IT or technology sector. - Proven success in managing client relationships and exceeding recruitment targets. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
