Position Overview:

We are looking for an exceptional Principal Product Manager / Group Product Manager with 68+ years of deep product management experience in high-scale B2C consumer-tech environments.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact leadership role responsible for defining and driving the product vision across our omnichannel ecosystem - spanning e-commerce, in-store digital experiences, retail systems, supply-chain technology, and AI-led personalisation.

You will work closely with founders, engineering, design, data, retail ops, and brand teams to build the next-generation jewellery shopping experience for India. The ideal candidate sees product not just as features, but as a holistic system - balancing user needs, business goals, operational realities, and long-term scalability.

This role is perfect for someone who has built 01 products, scaled B2C journeys, and thrives in an environment that blends luxury, jewellery, retail, and cutting-edge tech.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple product domains across digital and retail.

- Drive 01 product initiatives including e-commerce experiences, in-store digital journeys, AI-powered styling experiences, search/browse, personalization, payments, and order-to-delivery flows.

- Lead problem discovery, articulation, and PRD definition with strong user-centric, first-principles thinking.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Category, and Retail teams to deliver high-quality, high-impact products.

- Set clear success metrics, experiment frameworks, and measurement systems-owning product KPIs across funnel, engagement, NPS, conversion, and revenue.

- Partner with design to craft world-class product experiences that reflect the brands luxury positioning.

- Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to streamline fulfilment workflows, retail integrations and supply chain systems.

- Lead prioritization efforts balancing short-term outcomes, long-term strategy, and organizational constraints.

- Build alignment with leadership on product bets, trade-offs, and execution plans.

- Mentor and guide PMs, contributing to the growth and maturity of the product function.

- Ensure every product release reflects precision, quality, and differentiated consumer delight.

- Continuously identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data intelligence across the product ecosystem.

- Represent customer voice across all aspects of the business online journeys, store journeys, logistics, pricing, and service.

Qualifications:

- MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute is mandatory. (IIMs, ISB, SPJIMR, XLRI, MDI, NMIMS, IIFT, etc.)

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical or business discipline.

- 6 - 8+ years of end-to-end product management experience in high-growth B2C startups or consumer internet companies.

- Proven experience owning and delivering high-impact consumer-facing products at scale.

- Strong expertise in product discovery, user research, PRD writing, roadmapping, and cross-functional execution.

- Demonstrated ability to define and move KPIs across funnel, retention, revenue, and customer experience.

- Experience building 01 products and scaling them through rapid iteration and experimentation.

- A first-principles thinker with a sharp product sense, strong analytical skills, and structured problem-solving ability.

- Experience working closely with design and engineering teams to deliver polished, intuitive UX.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - able to collaborate, influence, and align diverse teams.

- High ownership mindset with bias for action, craftsmanship, and delivering outstanding consumer experiences.

- Experience in retail tech, luxury, fashion, or omnichannel ecosystems is a strong plus.
