We are looking for a Plant HR professional to join the core HR transformation delivery team. The role will be based on-site at the Dharuhera manufacturing plant and will focus on hands-on execution of day-to-day plant HR activities, workforce administration and implementation of new HR processes at the plant.
The individual will work closely with the central HR/transformation team and plant stakeholders to ensure effective execution and adoption of HR processes on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day Plant HR operations and act as an on-ground coordination point for employees and workmen.
- Manage operational HR activities including attendance, shifts, leave, overtime, employee records, joining/exit documentation and payroll inputs.
- Implement approved HR policies, SOPs and process changes at the plant and support consistent adoption.
- Maintain statutory records, registers, compliance documentation and audit-ready workforce records.
- Support contract labour administration, including manpower records, vendor documentation and routine compliance tracking.
- Support manpower deployment, headcount tracking, recruitment coordination, onboarding and employee documentation.
- Coordinate employee queries and grievances and support disciplinary/IR documentation as required.
- Coordinate training logistics, employee engagement activities and other plant HR initiatives.
- Maintain regular HR trackers, MIS and workforce reports and provide execution-status updates to the HR transformation team.
- Support the implementation of broader HR transformation initiatives at the plant and provide feedback on process adoption and operational challenges.
Candidate Profile:
- 2 - 5 years of hands-on Plant HR/Factory HR experience in a manufacturing, automotive, engineering or industrial environment.
- Strong exposure to plant HR operations, workforce administration and employee documentation.
- Experience handling workmen and contract labour will be preferred.
- Working knowledge of attendance, payroll inputs, statutory compliance, manpower tracking and HR documentation.
- Good coordination and communication skills with the ability to work closely with plant employees, workmen, supervisors and management.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, on-site project environment.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
