Role: Lead Performance & Rewards
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead and transform the Performance & Rewards function for a high-growth, future-focused organization. This role will drive strategic compensation frameworks, strengthen performance culture, and enable business-aligned reward practices at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Total Rewards strategy including Compensation, Benefits & Recognition
- Design and drive a robust Performance Management framework aligned with business goals
- Execute annual compensation cycles, salary benchmarking, and pay structure design
- Partner with business leaders to embed a strong pay-for-performance culture
- Drive HR analytics, insights, and dashboards for data-backed reward decisions
- Ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and governance compliance
- Introduce and manage innovative rewards & recognition programs
- Stay updated with market trends and implement best-in-class reward practices
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience: 10 - 18 years in Performance & Rewards / Total Rewards domain
Age Criteria: Maximum 40 years
Location: Candidates based in Mumbai only
Education: Full-time MBA (HR) Mandatory
Strong expertise in:
- Performance Management Systems
- Rewards Strategy & Benchmarking
- Compensation & Benefits
- HR Analytics & Insights
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic HR initiatives
- Experience in large, structured organizations (preferred: energy, manufacturing, or tech sectors)
- Strong business acumen with a data-driven and consultative approach
