About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Lead to strategize, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, affiliates, and display channels. Reporting directly to the Head of E-commerce, you will be responsible for driving ROI, achieving ROAS targets, and delivering sustained digital growth. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced D2C/e-commerce environment and enjoys combining creativity with analytics to deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
- You will own the performance marketing roadmap across all key acquisition channels, including Google, Meta, affiliate networks, and display advertising. This includes strategic budget allocation, precise audience targeting, performance analysis of ad creatives and copy, and optimization of landing pages to maximize conversions.
- You will run A/B tests and performance experiments to improve CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS while working closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive execution. The role will also involve managing external agencies and vendor relationships, monitoring platform updates, and exploring emerging acquisition channels to stay ahead of the curve.
Success Metrics
- Achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets for ROAS, maintain optimal CPA, and drive improvements in CTR and conversion rates. Deliver consistent month-on-month digital growth with efficient budget utilization and measurable ROI improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of proven hands-on experience in performance marketing within a D2C or e-commerce setup. Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, display networks, and performance media strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data visualization platforms. Demonstrated experience in managing high-value monthly budgets (7-figure spends) and achieving aggressive growth targets.
- A creative yet data-oriented approach to problem-solving, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
