One of India's largest manufacturing organizations is looking for a seasoned Organizational Development professional to drive enterprise-wide transformation and culture initiatives.

- Organization Development & Effectiveness

- Benchmarking and implementing global/group best practices

- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives

- Employee Experience & Wellbeing (Social, Emotional & Financial)

- POSH Governance & Interventions

- Change Management during a significant leadership transition.

This role offers the opportunity to influence a workforce ecosystem of over 1,00,000+ workforce members while partnering closely with senior leadership to shape the future organization.

Ideal background:

- 8-14 years of experience in OD, OE, Culture or Transformation roles

- Strong exposure to large-scale organizational interventions

- Experience driving DEI, employee experience and change management agendas

- Manufacturing, industrial, infrastructure, engineering or large-scale corporate environments preferred
