Description:


The Growth-Performance Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and Revenue growth. This role requires a data-driven leader with a proven track record in performance marketing, a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, data science, and a passion for innovation and optimisation.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Strategy Development and Execution:


- Develop and implement comprehensive growth and performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.


- Identify and prioritise growth opportunities across various digital marketing channels.


Campaign Management:


- Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing).


- Oversee A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) efforts to improve campaign performance.


Data Science Integration:


- Leverage data science techniques to analyse customer behaviour and predict future trends.


- Develop predictive models to optimise marketing campaigns and improve targeting accuracy.


- Collaborate with data scientists to implement machine learning algorithms for personalised marketing.


Analytics and Reporting:


- Utilise analytics tools to measure, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.


- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess growth and performance marketing success.


- Use advanced analytics to derive actionable insights from marketing data.


Budget Management:


- Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to maximise ROI.


- Monitor and report on budget expenditure and campaign performance.


Team Leadership:


- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.


- Work cross-functionally with other departments (e.g., sales, product, customer success) to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.


Innovation and Trend Analysis:


- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, growth hacking, and data science.


- Implement innovative marketing tactics to drive growth and stay ahead of the competition.


- Analysis of the Latest Fashion trends and buyer analysis


Customer Insights and Segmentation:


- Leverage customer insights and data to refine targeting strategies and personalise marketing efforts.


- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.


SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:


- Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on growth and performance marketing.


- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.


- Proficient in marketing analytics and data analysis


- Relevant experience in e-Commerce
