EXPERIENCE:
You will own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution from product positioning and campaign development to performance optimization and unit economics. This is a high-impact leadership role combining brand storytelling with rigorous, data-driven growth. Youll work closely with India-based teams and with our Korea-based team.
Duties you'll be entrusted with:
- Marketing Strategy: Strategy across brand, performance, content, partnerships, community, and CRM/retention.
- Budget monitoring: Basic financial modeling skills for budget allocation and monitoring.
- Unit economics + P&L discipline: Own CAC/LTV targets, budget allocation, and marketing ROI; drive funnel and cohort optimization.
- Full-funnel growth ownership: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, programmatic, influencer/creator, TV/OTT, and CRM.
- Brand building in a crowded category: Develop a distinctive brand identity and culturally relevant campaigns aligned with cricket, entertainment, and youth culture.
- Monitoring KPI across channels: Run continuous A/B testing across creatives, messaging, and product flows; partner with product to improve engagement and adoption.
- Competitive intelligence: Track market trends, competitor moves, and emerging channels to identify whitespace opportunities.
Expectations from you:
Basic Requirements:
- Experience: 8+ years in marketing leadership, 3+ years in fantasy sports, prediction markets, gaming, or consumer tech; proven scaling from thousands to millions of users.
- Budget ownership: Demonstrated management of 75 Cr+ annual marketing budgets with strong ROI accountability (100 Cr+ preferred).
- India market depth: Strong understanding of real-money gaming/fantasy ecosystem and regulatory context; experience across Tier 1/2/3 audiences.
- Performance + analytics: Expert in Meta Ads, Google Ads, programmatic; strong in GA/Mixpanel/Amplitude (or similar), CRM/automation, retention tooling; working knowledge of
modeling, and data visualization.
- Leadership: Ability to build and mentor teams (10+), strong communication in English and Hindi, decisive and collaborative under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
- Led iconic gaming or sports campaigns in India; experience with IPL/ISL/PKL partnerships or sports talent.
- Built brands from scratch or led major rebrands.
- Proven in-house capability building (vs. agency dependence).
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven marketing optimization and personalization.
