Position: Lead Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Lead Learning & Organizational Development to craft and execute innovative talent development initiatives. As a key member of the HR team, you will drive the organizations learning culture, align learning strategies with business goals, and foster an inclusive, engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning & Development:

- Manage end-to-end training processes, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), designing training calendars, delivering programs, and collecting feedback.

- Develop compelling training content and delivery methods aimed at achieving measurable ROI

- Prepare and monitor the annual L&D budget for optimal resource allocation.

- Roll out LMS-based training solutions for scalable learning.

- Coordinate and facilitate smooth onboarding and induction programs to support new hire integration.

Employee Engagement:

- Design and implement an engagement calendar with activities that promote employee involvement.

- Track participation and analyze engagement metrics to improve initiatives.

- Lead the execution of the Engagement Action Plan.

- Organize quarterly Townhalls and ensure timely completion of action points.

Social Media & Employer Branding:

- Strengthen employer branding through regular, engaging social media content.

- Drive increased engagement and expand the HR-related follower base across platforms.

Recognition & Awards:

- Lead efforts to submit high-quality award entries to external agencies, forums, or institutes, showcasing HR and business excellence to elevate organizational visibility.

Diversity & Inclusion:

- Promote and embed an inclusive culture through targeted initiatives.

- Launch and oversee D&I programs such as women leadership development, generational diversity workshops, and accessibility training, ensuring measurable progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate degree with a full-time MBA in HR.

- Demonstrated hands-on experience with various training models and measuring ROI/effectiveness outcomes.

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and effective communication tools.

- Up-to-date knowledge of social media platforms and strategies to enhance employee engagement and employer branding.
