Role Summary
As the Learning & Development Lead, you will own the design and execution of impactful learning strategies across retail and corporate teams. You will foster leadership development, capability enhancement, and skill gap bridging using innovative and digital learning solutions tailored to the luxury fashion context.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, implement, and continuously refine comprehensive learning frameworks aligned with business goals and luxury brand values.
- Drive leadership development programs to cultivate a high-performing, motivated workforce.
- Partner closely with business leaders to identify skill gaps and design targeted development initiatives.
- Introduce and manage innovative learning technologies and digital solutions (e-learning platforms, blended learning, immersive content) to enhance employee engagement and effectiveness.
- Develop, deploy, and evaluate training programs that elevate retail and corporate team
capabilities, emphasizing customer experience excellence and luxury retail standards.
- Monitor learning outcomes using data analytics and feedback, ensuring continuous program improvement and ROI.
- Lead and mentor L&D team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 8 to 12 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within retail, fashion, or luxury sectors.
- Proven record of designing and delivering impactful leadership and capability development programs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering at senior leadership levels.
- Passion for people growth, luxury fashion, and fostering a customer-centric team culture.
- Proficiency with digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and contemporary L&D methodologies.
