To design, lead, and institutionalize a robust learning ecosystem that strengthens sales productivity, credit quality, customer experience, leadership capability, and regulatory compliance across the organization, enabling sustainable business growth in the Indian home finance market.
Responsibilities:
L&D Strategy & Governance
- Define and execute the enterprise L&D strategy aligned with business goals (growth, risk control, compliance, and customer centricity).
- Build annual learning roadmaps linked to sales, credit, operations, collections, and corporate functions.
- Establish L&D governance, learning policies, and budget controls.
- Partner closely with Business Heads, Risk, Compliance, and HRBPs.
Sales & Business Capability Building
Create structured onboarding, certification and design capability programs for:
- Front-line sales professionals (DSA management, sourcing quality, LAP, affordable housing).
- Branch Managers & other sales Leaders (target achievement, productivity, people leadership).
- Drive improvements in lead conversion ratios, cross-sell / up-sell capability & customer engagement and TAT reduction
