Internal Marketing Services Lead

Role Overview
We are looking for an Internal Marketing Services Lead to run an in-house creative ops engine. This role owns the end-to-end intake, creation, and delivery of internal marketing assets across multiple functions (B2B, Insurance, Training, Growth, Strategic Initiatives, etc.).
You will standardize briefs, prioritize requests, manage creative production (static & video), and ensure every deliverable is on-brand, on-time, and fit for purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
Request Intake & Prioritization
- Operate a structured ticketing/briefing system.
- Triage and scope incoming requests, define timelines, and manage dependencies.
- Maintain production calendars and track SLAs.
Creative Production Ownership
- Lead production of statics, videos, posters, banners, whitepapers, sales decks, event collaterals, and digital assets.
- Be hands-on when needed and route work efficiently to internal CoE pods or external vendors.
Project Management & Traffic Control
- Build workback schedules and assign workstreams.
- Remove bottlenecks, manage parallel workloads, and ensure timely delivery.
Quality Assurance & Brand Compliance
- Enforce brand guidelines, tone, templates, and compliance standards.
- Run QA for copy, design, and final asset exports (specs, formats, localization, accessibility).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with B2B, Insurance, Training, and other teams to understand objectives.
- Convert business needs into sharp creative briefs and measurable outcomes.
Content Ops & Asset Library Management
- Maintain a structured, searchable asset library including versions, rights, raw files, and templates.
- Build playbooks/checklists for recurring asset requests.
Vendor & Budget Management
- Identify and manage freelancers or production partners.
- Negotiate costs and timelines; ensure quality and proper documentation.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Publish monthly dashboards on throughput, TAT, revision cycles, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Improve SOPs, templates, and workflows based on data insights.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 8 years + of experience in creative operations, marketing production, or traffic management (in-house studio or agency).
- Proven record managing intake-to-delivery workflows across design and video functions.
- Strong project management skills (Asana/Jira/Monday/Sheets).
- Comfortable working with SLAs, calendars, and multi-track workloads.
- Working knowledge of design/video tools (Figma, Adobe CC, Premiere, After Effects).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and strong version-control discipline.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in BFSI, fintech, edtech, or B2B enablement.
- Familiarity with copy editing, localization, and accessibility standards.
- Prior experience managing a DAM/asset library or template systems.
