Lead - Identity & Access Management - IT

Role Overview:

We are looking for a senior IAM leader to head the Identity & Access Management (IAM) Tower within IT Security Operations. The role involves defining IAM strategy, leading IBM IDAM implementation and operations, integrating IAM with banking and enterprise systems, and ensuring compliance with RBI cybersecurity regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and establish the IAM Tower within IT Security Operations

- Define and execute IAM strategy, policies, and governance

- Drive implementation and optimization of IBM IDAM

- Manage IAM architecture and integrations with core banking, enterprise, cloud, and third-party applications

- Oversee identity lifecycle management, RBAC, PAM, and MFA

- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, ISO 27001, and audit requirements

- Lead IAM audits, risk assessments, and remediation activities

- Build and manage a high-performing IAM team and collaborate with IT, Risk, and Compliance teams

Required Experience & Skills:

- 10+ years in IT Security with 5+ years in IAM leadership

- Strong hands-on experience with IBM Identity & Access Management (IDAM)

- Expertise in IAM technologies: SSO, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect

- Experience in banking/financial services with RBI regulatory exposure

Preferred Certifications:

- IBM IAM Certification

- CISSP / CISM

- ITIL
