Responsibilities: - Talent and capacity building of the organization [partner with business and be the brand ambassador of the company] - Manage the recruitment, selection and on-boarding process - Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments - Create job descriptions, selection criteria and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position - Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks - Roll out joining documents - offer letter, appointment letter, etc. - Manage the basics of HR operations - Entry to Exit (Employee Lifecyle) and HR Compliances - Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance - Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital - Recommend and implement employee R&R, benefits programs - Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics - Able to prioritize and work on multiple tasks on the same day Requirements: - Knowledge & experience in organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, compensation, employee relations, employee engagement and employee development. - Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods - Familiarity with C.V. databases, professional networks and social media - PGDM (MBA) in HR from reputed institutes - 5+ years of experience in HR with 3+ years in a supervisory role - Preferred experience in Retail, FMCG or F&B industry FULL time MBA into HR is a must.
