We are looking to hire an experienced and driven HR Leader to join a growing Law Firm. This is a strategic yet hands-on role, ideal for someone who is passionate about building teams and growing alongside the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and drive initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Business HR, Talent Management, L&D, Operations and Workforce Planning
2. Support in designing and executing org-wide people initiatives aligned with business objectives
3. Partner closely with leadership on culture, engagement, and long-term people strategy
4. Work across functions to streamline and scale HR operations
Ideal Profile:
1. At least 8 years of HR experience in professional services/law firms.
2. Strong execution mindset with the ability to work both strategically and operationally
3. Proven track record of owning and scaling HR programs
4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
