
Job Description:
We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Lead Human Resource Manager / Lead HRBP to drive and execute the organization's HR strategy. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to build a high-performance culture, strengthen employee engagement, attract top talent, and ensure effective HR operations while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Culture & Employee Engagement:
- Lead initiatives to build and sustain a strong organizational culture.
- Drive employee engagement programs and strengthen the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
- Ensure alignment of people practices with the organization's values and culture.
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage end-to-end hiring across functions and leadership levels.
- Build strong talent pipelines through various sourcing channels.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
- Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues effectively.
- Partner with business leaders to strengthen employee relations.
Performance Management:
- Design and implement performance management and appraisal frameworks.
- Drive goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development initiatives.
- Support managers in enhancing employee performance and productivity.
HR Policies & Compliance:
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Maintain HR governance and process adherence.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Support the design and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Assist in annual compensation reviews and salary benchmarking exercises.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze HR metrics to support business decisions.
- Prepare HR dashboards, MIS, and reports for leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through data-driven insights.
Candidate Profile:
- MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
- 10-12 years of experience in HRBP/HR Generalist roles, preferably in FinTech, NBFC, Banking, or other high-growth organizations.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and business partnering.
- Hands-on exposure to employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, HR operations, compensation & benefits, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- A proactive professional with a builder's mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
