
We are seeking a strategic-minded Lead Human Resource Manager to shape, drive and execute the HR agenda for the company.
Responsibilities:
i) Culture and Employee Engagement:
- Lead initiatives to build and maintain a strong company culture.
- Build the employee value proposition in alignment with the company DNA.
ii) Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract talent across board and through various channels.
iii) Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment that encourages open communication and collaboration.
iv) Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems that align with company goals.
v) HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
vi) Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages.
vii) HR Analytics and Reporting: Use HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and improve HR processes.
Candidate Details:
- MBA in HR from a renowned Institute.
- 7-12 years experience in handling high energy, high hustle, growth mindset companies preferably in the fintech/NBFC setup.
- Core skills in managing stakeholders and having a builder's mindset.
