
Working on a Site HR Head / HRBP mandate for a captive shared services setup (~200 employees) within a leading group.
This is not a vanilla HR role.
We are looking for someone who has actually run HR on the ground - not coordinators, not pure COE, not TA-only profiles.
Location: Mumbai
CTC: Up to - 35 LPA (incl. ~15% variable)
Experience: 8-10 years (strict band)
Role Context (Read Carefully)
- Site HR Head for a captive / GCC / shared services setup (knowledge workers)
- Dual reporting - Business Head + Corporate HR
- Team handling - 2-3 HR + facilities oversight
- Hiring ownership - ~15-30 hires/year
- Coverage - HRBP + HR Ops + Admin / Facilities

Non-Negotiables (Hard Filters)
- Full-time MBA / PGDM in HR (Tier 1 / Tier 2 only - no exceptions)
- Stable career (no frequent switches / sabbaticals)
- Experience in:
- Captive / GCC / Shared Services (NOT pure IT delivery / project HR)
- Knowledge worker environments (non-sales HR)
- Must have:
- Direct hiring ownership (not TA hand-offs)
- HRBP + HR Ops combined exposure
- Facilities / Admin oversight (real, not ornamental)
- Worked in dual reporting structures
- Handled 150-300 employee base in a site role
What You'll Actually Do
- Run HR for the site end-to-end (HRBP + Ops + Talent + Admin)
- Partner leadership on org design, talent, engagement
- Own hiring (campus + lateral)
- Drive performance, culture, and employee lifecycle
- Oversee facilities, vendors, and workplace experience
