Role Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end management, upgradtion/improvement and governance of the HR technology stack from

- HR database & HRMS to Hire 2 Retire HR Applications (across Talent Acquisition to Performance Enablement to Payroll)

- Ensure system stability, data integrity, release management, upgrades.

- Act as escalation point for complex HR systems and payroll-related technology issues.

- Define and manage HR systems architecture and integrations with payroll, finance, identity, and analytics platforms.

- Partner with IT to ensure data security, access controls, compliance, and API integrations.

- Drive AI-enabled and automation initiatives across Performance Management, Rewards, Talent, Workforce Analytics, and HR Operations.

- Lead HR process re-engineering initiatives prior to digitization to eliminate manual work and improve efficiency.

- Translate HR business requirements into functional and technical system specifications.

- Enable HR data analytics, dashboards, and reporting for leadership, HRBPs, and managers.
