- Position Summary: As the Lead HR Shared Services, you will oversee and manage the HR Shared Services function to ensure effective and efficient delivery of HR services to employees across the organization. You will be responsible for leading a team of HR Shared Services specialists and for ensuring that HR processes and procedures are consistently followed. Develop and implement HR Shared Services strategies that align with the organization's overall HR objectives.
