
Description:
- Manage end-to-end payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and statutory compliance.
- Handle monthly payroll inputs, validations, audits, and reconciliation.
- Oversee statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, Gratuity & Labour Laws (PAN India).
- Lead Full & Final settlements, employee reimbursements, benefits administration and C&B support.
- Own HRMS operations data accuracy, workflows, upgrades, enhancements and user issue resolution.
- Partner with HR, Finance & Tech teams for seamless payroll & HRMS functioning.
- Drive HR operations, employee life cycle (onboarding to exit), HR audits & policy adherence.
- Generate and manage HR/Payroll MIS & analytics for management reporting.
- Work on process improvements, automation initiatives & vendor coordination.
Ideal Profile:
- 9-15 years experience in Payroll + Statutory Compliance in BFSI / NBFC / Financial Services.
- Strong hands-on experience in Payroll Systems / HRMS platforms (Oracle, SAP HCM, PeopleStrong, Ramco, etc.).
- High proficiency in compliance, payroll controls, audits & data accuracy.
- Good understanding of C&B, benefits, HR operations & employee lifecycle.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
