Lead - HR Operations - Financial Services

We have an opening for Lead HR Ops with a Financial Services Company.

Location: Mumbai

What you'll do:

- Lead end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit).

- Streamline processes, implement HR tech/automation, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

- Manage HR policies, payroll inputs, HRIS, and employee data with accuracy.

- Partner with business & HR teams to deliver a seamless employee experience.

- Lead and mentor the HR Ops team to support scale and efficiency.

What we're looking for:

- 10+ years of HR operations experience (BFSI/Financial Services preferred).

- Strong knowledge of HR processes, HRIS systems & compliance.

- Proven stakeholder management and team leadership skills.

- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and people-focused.
